My Account
How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?
  Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?
  Returning an item to BitchBoards® is very easy!
Within 30 days of the purchase of your order, you may return any product purchased from BitchBoards.com unused and in its original condition for credit or exchange. Please contact Customer Support at
support@bitchboards.com and request an exchange/refund form. Include this form with the products you are returning. Please note the reason for the return. Indicate if you prefer a charge credit (to the card originally used), or an exchange.

NOTE: For used products, our warranty covers manufacturing defects for up to two years. Normal wear and tear is not a manufacturing defect.

If you're exchanging, let us know what you'd like by completing the information in the exchange item field. Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible) and include the exchange/refund form. Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, please use UPS, Fed Ex or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For additional information e-mail us at

I received the wrong product.
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.
