If your country is not in the dropdown menu of available countries, unfortunately we cannot ship to your country at this time. |

During the checkout process you may choose any of our current payment options and continue to place your order. Please note that we will not ship your order until we receive payment from you. |
| When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you. |
| What is the return policy? |

Returning an item to BitchBoards® is very easy!
Within 30 days of the purchase of your order, you may return any product purchased from BitchBoards.com unused and in its original condition for credit or exchange. Please contact Customer Support at support@bitchboards.com and request an exchange/refund form. Include this form with the products you are returning. Please note the reason for the return. Indicate if you prefer a charge credit (to the card originally used), or an exchange.
NOTE: For used products, our warranty covers manufacturing defects for up to two years. Normal wear and tear is not a manufacturing defect.
If you're exchanging, let us know what you'd like by completing the information in the exchange item field. Pack and seal your return securely (in the original package if possible) and include the exchange/refund form. Packages must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, please use UPS, Fed Ex or Insured Parcel Post for shipment. All credits will be placed on the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For additional information e-mail us at support@bitchboards.com.
